REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use towards a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

Full payment is required before your order is delivered.

GRANNY’S SCRATCH KITCHEN does not recommend that people with food allergies consume our products and do so at their own risk. GRANNY’S SCRATCH KITCHEN prepares many of its products in a facility that uses various allergens, including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat (“Allergens”).
